Labour & Delivery Support

As a passionate and dedicated doula, my mission is to empower parents with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate the incredible journey of pregnancy and birth. I believe deeply in educating families on how to embrace autonomy over their bodies, their pregnancy, and their birth experience. My focus extends beyond simply explaining the stages and phases of labor, as I aim to help parents understand what to expect from medical teams and hospital settings, ensuring they are fully informed and prepared. Through this education, I guide parents in recognizing their rights—both their right to make choices and their right to refuse procedures—so they can advocate for themselves and their babies with clarity and confidence.

My passion for supporting families in this sacred transition grew from my own personal experience with pregnancy and childbirth. As someone with a background in veterinary medicine, I have a unique perspective on the body’s intricate processes. But it was my own journey into parenthood that opened my eyes to the deep need for support and education during this life-altering experience. I entered this field not only to share what I’ve learned, but to ensure that other families can approach pregnancy and birth with the confidence, strength, and knowledge that every parent deserves.
